Pets' Policies
- Cancellations:
To avoid a service fee, please provide 24 hours notice when
cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
- Missed Appointments:
If we arrive for your scheduled appointment and you are
not at home, you will be charged $25.
- Payment:
Payment is due at the time of service. We are happy to accept personal or business checks. If a
check is returned due to insufficient funds, you will be charged a
$25 returned check fee.
- Insurance
Regulations: Pet owners are not permitted in the van due
to insurance regulations.
- Parking:
Please provide ample parking for our van or we cannot fulfill the
services.
- Health Issues:
please tell us prior to grooming if your pet has
any health issues.
